GET READY FOR GDG NORTHWEST DEVFEST 2016 THIS NOVEMBER

GDG DevFests is one of the largest, community-run events that offer speaker sessions across multiple product areas, all-day hackathons, code labs, and lots more. It is inspired and uniquely tailored to meet the needs of the developer community that hosts it. It is usually powered by a shared belief that when developers come together to exchange ideas, amazing things can happen. This year, GDG North West DevFest promises to be an event to remember. It aims to share experiences and gain new knowledge.

The event would expose participants on how to use Google technologies such as: Progressive Web Apps, Firebase, and Android Material Design. There will also be CodeLab sessions on how to implement these technologies. Last year, the maiden North West DevFest witnessed some exciting moments. Material design, Android and Google Cloud platform were among the topics discussed.

With about 300 developers expected to attend this year, it is an ideal opportunity to network with other experts and like minds. The speakers come from different technological background both from within and outside the developer community. So expect an array of mind blowing presentations and talks. It is a free event however registration is compulsory in other to book a seat. The venue is Mambayya House, Gwammaja, Kano on the 19th November,2016. Time is from 8:30a.m to 5:00p.m
