Rumor has it that MTN Pulse Campus Invasion is coming to Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria from  2nd - 6th September 2019. We just can’t spill all the beans, but looking at the experience and activities from previous schools who have witnessed this 5 day “turnt” event, ABU guests had better get ready!

So let me give you a hint from previous MTN Pulse Campus Invasion by MTN Nigeria.
The event not only empowers the youth but also takes them through practical day - to - day challenges in addition to the “madt” fun. At a similar event held at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife last year, one of the motivational speakers who spoke at the event, Steve Harris, during the ‘Pulse Talk Series’, gave the students some hints on how to speak to, and win, the girls of their dreams, can your network ever?

Did we gist you about the noiseless party in-between the lectures and how you could dance to the loudest music with no one hearing, we would definitely know whats up once you “gbe body e”. The games are not left out and did you know students went back to their hostels with brand new phones, correct phones o!

What else can I say, we just can’t wait for this experience, But you know the event always presents us with a twist and surprises, who knows what might happen this time, hmmmmmm…. Well, wee hear the event is happening from 2nd to 6th September, 2019, so please let me go and iron my outfits cos I can’t be caught sleeping on a bicycle. And to all my ABUSITES, our time has come to “gbe body o”.

If your nose goes up at the word ‘borrowing’ and we catch you ehn! We all borrow to live in these tough days. These are not times to beat your chest and claim that “I can do it myself”. You, my friend, will disappear! Times are challenging, and it’s okay to borrow and lend from each other.

But trust Nigerians to borrow themselves into trouble. Everything has to be done in moderation for anything to make sense.  Here are the smartest things to borrow right now:

A Stunning Wedding Dress
  1. Wedding Dress:
Why spend all your life’s savings on a dress you will wear only once? There are smarter ways to spend those thousands of Naira. Social media is filled with businesses that offer this. All at a fraction of the cost.

2. Data:
Data is one of the most essential commodities at the moment. The world is expanding quickly and this global village is getting smaller thanks to the internet.
As it turns out, you can borrow data these days and save yourself from the wahala of searching for an ATM, a scratch card, a friend or whatnots.

For instance, MTN has the XtraTime that gives you access to 25MB to 3.5GB. It’s easy to borrow all you have to do is dial *606#. You need to be a prepaid customer with a registered number which has been on the MTN network for more than 3 months.

A pair of Christian Louboutin shoes
3. Designer handbags and shoes:
Yes, for a fraction of the amount, you can get some really expensive designer shoes! You get to flex without the stress of the financial load. The only snag is that you have to be extremely careful when you get this kind of rental. One scratch on a pair of Louboutin’s can have you coughing up over N300,000. So, careful.

A Marc Jacobs Bag
Makes sense right? You don’t have to break the bank to look good, play on the internet or make a splash at your wedding. Are there other things you know?
